Curriculum, Division/School Structures, Source Materials and Purposes, and the Theoretical/Academic Test for Passage (Contact us if you prefer a Thesis)

http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary:

Main Entry: cur·ric·u·lum
Pronunciation: -l&m
Function: noun
Inflected Form(s): plural cur·ric·u·la /-l&/; also -lums
Etymology: New Latin, from Latin, running, course
Date: 1633
1 : the courses offered by an educational institution
2 : a set of courses constituting an area of specialization

In many ways, this is a free school and you already may know answers based on real life experiences.

We are free both in what is offered in educational materials, and you are free to choose and work as you see fit, according to your schedules. Even the principal considers himself to be a "career student", learning new things daily.

We may assist and educate you on how to obtain a micro-loan, establish and IRA (Individual Retirement Account), think about reality and other religions or obtain healthcare. Each, minimally, is a mini-course in itself.

Passage or failure in any of the above courses rests in your own judgment, such as of whether you succeeded or learned in the process of getting the micro loan, IRA, healthcare or faith in humanity.

If, however, you seek a formal acknowledgement of our school's academic/theoretical teachings and your learning, you will have to pass the Final Examination of Amend16robertwirengard.

You may take the test now (see page 5 herein) or review it now, and/or work on it as a "take-home" test and submit it at some future date, via e-mail, to the e-mail address of rowireng@tampabay.rr.com . We do expect three things: (1) that you derive the answers on your own (not copying from other people), (2) that you do not submit your answers until you feel reasonably sure that all answers are acceptably correct, and (3) advise how we may contact you for a follow-up oral test. Please submit a cover letter that attests to or provides for these three things with your test response AND identify yourself - name and address/e-mail where we may get back to you the test results, and include, for our IRS record keeping requirements, your location/city, state and/or nation of residence, sex (male or female) and racial-ethnicity. Should you want to prepare a thesis instead of taking the test, please correspond accordingly, and we will work with you on this.

To prepare for the test, we feel you should be familiar with:

1. Dr. Milton Friedman's negative tax theory; M&M (Miller and Modigliani) financial theories; Maurice Allais' monopoly theory (and how monopsony theory may mirror this); and Einstein's theory of relativity (think here also in terms of a faith in an "ultimate reality" through the equation of energy being equal to matter times the speed of light squared).
2. The Declaration of Independence of the United States of America, its Constitution, Bill of Rights and amendments thereto.
3. The history of of central banks and money, including the 1860's U.S. breach of church and state separation doctrine, when "In God We Trust" was added to U.S. coins.
4. The Robinson Patman Act (regarding price discrimination), consumer protective legislation (against illegal collection practices), free and fair trade theories and anti-competitive or restraint of trade practices.
5. Differences between political systems [including true democracies (full consensus), republics, kingdoms, etc.] and economic systems [including capitalist, socialist, communist and laissez fair notions].
6. In addition to economic mechanisms and systems, social and natural systems; their intra- and inter-relationships; especially in terms of their balancing each other, relating to a society or community of people and our need for fairness, equity and justice, micro locally or macro globally, and our social need to accord with natural and universal laws.

Source Materials

Literally, millions of writings and word of mouth experiences exist as regards the above. Debate, discussions and answers have been, are or will be within the Amend16robertwirengard domain of www.amend16.org and its recommended links, which, for their political instructiveness, may include links to action oriented groups that are not under 501 (c) (3) U.S. tax status (unless the IRS states that such links may not be included, despite their sources of rich materials).

For welfare purposes and what may be described as scientific and experimental models, practical applications and/or assistance programs, divisions of Amend16robertwirengard exist. These, similar to colleges within a university, are:

United Arrangements of Amend16robertwirengard - educational, practical and real welfare application purposes and assuring compliance with the Multi Employer Welfare Arrangement of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, passed by the U.S. Congress and under the U.S. Department of Labor. This school may remain in perpetuity until the end of poverty and systemic impoverishment.

United Health Payers of Amend16robertwirengard (Mary Lasano, nurse and consultant) - experimental model for market-priced, universal healthcare in a non-socialist society. Once the success that is envisioned is accomplished, it is expected that this one-payer system will be bought out at future cost to become an efficient one-payer system, established as a Government Sponsored Entity (much as the U.S. Federal Reserve system currently is a GSE).

United Bank of Amend16robertwirengard (DeVara Sims, Tampa Police Dept./reach out, consultant and trustee) - a non-profit banking facility for people and businesses to learn about and apply banking products and services; establish IRA's, pooling of funds, also for other financial services such as electronic payroll depositing for small firms, including, possibly, for our non-profit United Health Payers deposits, accruals, and disbursements, or employees being able to pull partial cash funds from payrolls of their employers for a day's work, as well as store year to date information on wages, tax withholdings and benefit costs; micro loans to persons and small businesses, mainly for work or volunteer initiatives. $8,000 already has been donated for this endeavor.

Circle of Life Ministry of Amend16robertwirengard (Merry Wiesenborn, director, volunteer, trustee) - provides food and shelter for needy; transportation; financial assistance for single mothers, particularly those who have experienced violent, physical abuse [cash assistance for food, shelter and education plus transportation needs, exceeds $5,000, plus $12,000 in loaner vehicle assets are tied up]; potential center specifically for working with youth involving hate crime; religious* studies, discussions and advocacy as regards religions of Wiesenborn' s Circle of Life Ministry and realism as opposed to or inclusive of faiths in a deity or deities (possibly of the more modern government preferred religions, such as of Judeo-Christianity or Islam, etc.) Its doctrines are based on the natural earth and universe, spirit of people, "big boom" theory, treating others as one wants to be treated, amending where we are wrong, repairing where we have hurt, and civil and consensual activities as opposed to systemic corruption that can stem from the concentration of power in governments or from individual violent abuses (often the physical power of a man over a woman, rather than logic and reasonability; or the difficult challenge of teaching children without expeditiously inflicting pain that causes long term and deep problems).
